Accommodation:
Points are non-refundable and can be redeemed for room-only accommodations at specified Mulia hotels, subject to availability and advance booking. A minimum of three working days' notice is required for redemption. Reservations must be made under the primary member's name, but beneficiary redemptions are allowed with proper identification. Changes to bookings require a seven-day notice, while cancellations need three days. No-shows forfeit points. Blackout dates may apply.
Dining:
Points can also be redeemed for dining at select Mulia restaurants, excluding specific offerings. A three-day advance booking is necessary, and dining vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash. Vouchers are non-refundable and Mulia is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Blackout dates, public holidays, and special events restrict dining redemptions.
