Accommodation
- This points purchase is not refundable.
- Points will be credited after payment is confirmed, and it will take approximately 3 working days to credit the points to your account.
- Purchased points are to be redeemed for accommodation stays or upgrades at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta or The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali.
- Points redemption requires advance booking and is subject to availability.
- Reservations must be made under the primary member’s name.
- Points redemption for a beneficiary is allowed. The name of the beneficiary must be stated on the claim form.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- In the event of cancellation of your redemption booking, please advise us at least 3 days prior to your arrival date.
- In the event of points reinstatement into your membership account or alteration of schedule, please advise us 7 days prior to your arrival. The new schedule is subject to room availability.
- In the event of a no-show, all redeemed points will be automatically forfeited.

Dining
- Points purchased may be redeemed for dining, excluding Sunday Brunch and alcohol consumption.
- It requires at least three (3) working days to use or redeem the points after purchase
- Point redemption cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- The Dining voucher is not for resale, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta will not be held liable for dining vouchers that have been used without permission or lost or stolen, and any lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued.

Dining redemption is not valid for the following periods
