Terms & Conditions

• Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme.
• Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Programme if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme.
• The Cardholder assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or disputes in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Programme.
• The Programme applies under the following terms and conditions:

• The Programme is applicable for stays at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, located at Jl. Asia Afrika, Senayan, Jakarta 10270, and The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali, located at Jl. Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Kawasan Sawangan, Nusa Dua 80362, Indonesia.
• The Programme is exclusively available to American Express Platinum Card holders and is not applicable to American Express Corporate Cards.
• Payment must be made using a valid American Express Platinum Card upon check-in.
• The Programme cannot be combined with other promotions or partnership programmes.
• Booking and stay period must be between 10 January to 30 June 2025 (“Both dates inclusive”).
• The offer is valid only for reservations made in accordance with the instructions provided at https://www.themulia.com/danamon-amex-premier-privileges or through direct booking via phone or email with our Reservation Team. Reservations made through other platforms will not qualify for the redemption of this offer.
• All reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Card Members preferred dates cannot be guaranteed.
• Strictly no walk-in reservations; advance booking requirement: 7 days. All reservations are subjected to availability and must be booked via the methods listed above.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services/products, transferred, and cannot used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
• The offer is only valid when it fulfils all four (4) criteria: Reservation must be made with an eligible Platinum Card. Presentation of a physical eligible Platinum Card upon check-in. Eligible Platinum Card is used for payment upon check-out. The same Platinum Card is used across all touchpoints from reservation, check-in verification and payment.
• By conducting a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Programme and to comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions made by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Programme and their agreement to be bound by its Terms and Conditions.
