Terms & Conditions – Mulia Wellness Unbound Festival 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Mulia Wellness Unbound Festival 2025 (“Event”), organised by The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali (“Organiser”). By registering for or participating in the Event, you (“Participant” or “you”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Registration
•The Event is open to individuals aged 14 and above. No children are permitted within the event space during scheduled programming.
•By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
•The Organiser reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without obligation to disclose the reason.

2. Health, Medical & Physical Fitness
•Participants must be physically fit and medically able to participate.
•By participating, you declare that you are free from any condition that would prevent safe participation.
•It is your responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical condition to the Organiser prior to the event.
•The Organiser and its affiliates reserve the right to deny participation to anyone based on medical or safety concerns.
•All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
•You understand that the Event involves physical activities and outdoor exposure, which may carry inherent risks including but not limited to minor injuries, heat-related illnesses, or serious medical events.
•By participating, you agree to release, waive, and discharge the Organiser, sponsors, vendors, staff, instructors, and affiliated entities from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from or in connection with the Event.
•You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation.

4. Dress Code & Conduct
•Appropriate fitness attire is required: modest, non-revealing activewear and sport shoes.
•Barefoot participation is not permitted unless specifically instructed by the class facilitator.
•Wet clothes, bikinis, and bathrobes are strictly prohibited within the event area.
•Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times.
•Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the Event and/or permanent barring from future events, with no refund.

5. Facilities & Event Access
•The Organiser will provide access to restrooms, lounge zones, and designated activity areas.
•Participants must respect and use facilities responsibly, with no littering, vandalism, or inappropriate use.
•Attendees are responsible for keeping all belongings with them at all times.
•The Organiser is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

6. Event Content, Equipment & Photography
•Personal photography is allowed for non-commercial use only.
•No tripods, external lighting, or commercial-grade equipment may be used without prior written approval.
•The Event may include demonstrations and equipment provided by partners or instructors. The Organiser is not liable for equipment malfunctions or misuse.

7. Media Release & Consent
•By attending, you grant full rights to the Organiser and its affiliates to capture, use, reproduce, or distribute your image, name, voice, and likeness in photos, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotional, documentation, commercial, and editorial use, across any medium globally, without compensation or further approval.

8. Sponsorship & Third-Party Engagement
•Certain areas or sessions may be operated by sponsors or partners. All interactions with third-party vendors are solely between the Participant and that party.
•The Organiser is not liable for any goods, services, or advice rendered by third-party vendors or sponsors.

9. Payments, Refunds & Currency
•All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) in accordance with national regulations.
•All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
•Prices, benefits, or event schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Parking Terms
•Parking is charged at IDR 5,000 nett/hour.
•Three (3) hours of complimentary parking are provided upon transaction validation.
•Lost tickets incur an additional IDR 40,000 nett fee.
•The Organiser is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or property in the parking area.
•Vehicle access is restricted to maximum height of 3.2 metres and capacity of 20 seats.

11. Event Alterations or Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of the event due to safety concerns, weather, venue issues, or other conditions beyond its control.
In such cases, no refunds or compensation shall be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be held liable for failure to execute obligations due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, or other events beyond reasonable control.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its sponsors, instructors, staff, and affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation, conduct, or breach of this agreement.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of Denpasar, Bali.

15. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
